Jacket Description

When a long seductive kiss between a new widow and the Rev. Keegan O’Connor is witnessed by Chief Erikson, Keegan becomes the primary suspect in the first killing in living memory in Fort George.  The setting is a troubled Adirondack Mountain mill town along the banks of Lake George suffering a labor strike where men are in conflict over their personal fortunes and the destiny of their livelihoods.  Violence flares and religious fervor fans the flames.

“Till Death Us Do Part” is the story of how the Rev. Keegan O’Connor, a twenty year veteran of the United States Navy now refocused as a trained clergyman, comes to grips with community suspicions of his involvement in murder and conspiracy to commit murder.  Preoccupied and distraught over his wife Eileen’s losing battle with breast cancer as well as trying to keep a lid on the explosive nature of the mill strike in the community, he now finds himself suspected of murdering the husband of a troubled young woman who comes to him for divorce counseling.

Keegan, a man trained for action, opens his own investigation to clear his name and ignites passion, death threats and further self incrimination.
